Yes, you can. You need to contact Seller to arrange your shipping.

If the reason to return is because the item’s defected then It will be
Seller. If it’s because the Buyer do not want the item anymore, or Buyer is not
satisfied then It will be Buyer who pay the shipping cost.

Nothing, except for the payment and shipping cost.

No, you cannot. If you want to change any info in the listing’s
description, please contact us.

| Sold an item and have not yet received payment. What can I do? |
After the auction has ended, you
should wait for 7-10 days (or more depends on your payment due date policy).
After that, you can file a dispute and we
will contact the Buyer.

| What payment methods does Bidezone.com accept? |
We accept Visa, Paypal, wire transfer, and any kind of credit card. No
personal/money order.

| Do I pay sales tax in Bidezone? |
We don’t charge tax, except for these states: California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas.

| What if my payment cannot be validated? |
Recheck your payment account. If it still has problem, contact us.

| Does Bidezone.com required credit card verification number? |
Yes, for your safety and ours.

| Will my credit card be charge after I register? |
|
No, it won’t be. Your credit will be charged only when you win an auction and pay for it. You money is held by Bidezone and not released by us until after the Seller has shipped the item and you've had a chance to receive it. We wait 7 days after Seller has shipped. If you don't receive in 5 day please contact us.
